An office center in Gostauto 40, Vilnius It was the very first A-class office center in Lithuania. HANNER started its construction in October 1998, and in November 1999 it was already open for clients. In completing this project, HANNER brought a brand new product to the Lithuanian real estate market. Before this building made its appearance, all you could find were old office buildings being renovated, while this project was the first new modern office structure. The total space of the area is 3,998 m2. There’s a comfortable underground garage and a spacious parking area next to the building.
