EUROPA shopping center The total space of the Europa shopping center is 21,323 m2. It contains one big 1,200 m2 daily products shop and 80 other shops. There are 4 restaurants and 5 cafes also. Attractive soft forms, fountains and other small details of architecture inside the building make the shopping center new and unique. Indoor plants soften the modern interior and make it cozy. The main point of the center is the first floor area. Its space opens up to the third floor of the building. All three floors are connected by stairs and an escalator, which allows anyone to reach any place in the shopping center comfortably. The area is connected to a 7-floor parking lot that has more than 1000 parking places. It is possible to access any floor of the shopping center directly from the parking area. The parking lot has a modern directional information system installed, so it is really easy to find and get back to your car. It was a dream to create a new center of Vilnius located on the left bank of the river Neris. The dream came true in 2004. In an area of 2.4 ha, the following was built: 33-floor “Europa” business center; 3-floor “Europa” shopping center; 7-floor parking lot (more than 1000 parking places); 20-floor Vilnius municipality building; Vilnius county buildings; An underground parking area; A residential block.
The project was awarded the “CEE Mixed Use Development of the Year 2004” award as the best multifunctional building project in Eastern and Middle Europe in 2004.
