The Europa Business Center is 148.30 m. high, and it is the highest commercial building in Lithuania. It is also the highest in the entire Baltic region.

The Ogmios and Hanner project was implemented in 2003.

Its spacious parking area and comfortable accesses are important advantages, appreciated by both those who rent the offices and their clients.

It was the very first A-class office center in Lithuania. HANNER started its construction in October 1998, and in November 1999 it was already open for clients.

The project was awarded the “CEE Mixed Use Development of the Year 2004” award as the best multifunctional building project in Eastern and Middle Europe in 2004.

The construction of the Savas shopping center started in May 2004, and was completely finished in October 2004.

In the autumn of 2005, Hanner completed the construction work of a modern shopping center in Klaipeda, at the intersection of Baltijos and Taikos avenues.

It is worth mentioning that the construction work on this project only took 6 months.

The new settlement of nine luxurious apartment houses "Verkiu slenis", presented by JC "Hanner", is located in a quiet and surrounded by greenness Verkiai regional park, near calm bend of river Neris.

JC "Hanner" in 2006 completed a residential district in J.Franko street, Vilnius.

Here only 165 families settled in that appreciate comfortable, quiet living environment and a perfect location of the project.

HANNER has built a residential block of 8 – 11 floors. The apartments are 1.5 – 4 bedroom apartments, and they are 41 – 117m2 big. The building has a 2-level underground parking lot and an underground garage.
